1. Event Admission & Invitations

Important Conversations events are attendance-by-invitation only. Submitting a request through our website does not guarantee entry. We reserve the right to curate room cohorts to ensure non-competing, peer-level alignment for all participants.

2. Room Rules & No-Pitch Policy

All participants agree to abide strictly by our Brand Charter. Sales pitches, commercial presentations, promotional material distribution, and direct product solicitation are strictly prohibited during all sessions.

3. Recording Devices & Mobile Usage

To ensure total focus and confidentiality, recording devices, laptops, cameras, and phone recordings are strictly forbidden inside the meeting room. Mobile devices must remain silent and stored away for the duration of the event.

4. Intellectual Property & Solutions

Breakthroughs, ideas, and strategic insights generated during the discussion belong to the attending peers. Attendees agree not to attribute specific comments or proprietary information to any individual or organization outside the room.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms to align with evolved charter guidelines or location requirements at any time.
